Congratulations!

Yesterday, Rev Ariel, previously ordained as a minister in the Methodist denomination, was admitted to the United Church of Canada as a United Church minister on October 26, 2025. On the far left is the new Shining Waters Regional President, Rev Eric Nyarko, who served in our church as a pastoral charge supervisor, and on Rev Ariel's right is Rev Warren McDougall, our last pastoral charge supervisor. The service took place at Jubilee United Church. It was a wonderful experience for all the Asbury and West members who attended to witness this milestone in Rev Ariel's spiritual life.
